this co. OPENNET had been assigned by our gov for the NBN thingy to install fibre point, but that doesnt mean that they can ANYHOW PARK THEIR MOTORCYCLES loh... .. . other than that, those guys are quite rowdy and annoying when they are about to knock around 8plus in the evening. last fri, these people were fooling around and making hell lotsa noise downstairs! what a bunch of idiots!!!
